Our Return Policy

We are committed to providing high quality products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of the food products we prepare, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be granted, except in the following cases:

Cancellation of order:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. In this case, we will refund the full amount of your order, less any processing or transaction fees already incurred.

Error on our part: If we make an error in preparing your order or in delivery, please notify us immediately. We will endeavour to rectify the situation by offering you a suitable replacement or refund.

Quality problem:

If you have any quality problem with the products you received, please let us know as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis, and if necessary, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the severity of the problem.

Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been mishandled, improperly stored, or consumed after their expiration date. We encourage you to follow the handling and storage instructions provided with our products to ensure their quality and freshness.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet the conditions set out in our return policy.
